The first step in purchasing and recycling procedure is a harmonization of quantities and price with a vendor and afterwards there is a technological process including the phases as follows:

- MOLDING OF LARGE QUANTITIES
- Capacity: 200 molds per hour
- Mold size : 600 x 470
QUALITY CONTROL
- Spectrometer is used to define chemical composition of liquid metal before casting process
- Microscope camera is used to check the microstructure of castings
- Appropriate equipment is used to check the propeties of molding sand, molding blend and the properties of core sand
- The foundry is equipped with the instruments for hardness test of the castings and for the check of mechanical properties
- Ultrasound instrument is used to check nodularity, transparency and thickness control of the castings
Ecology
The foundry Stara Varoš has built-in systems and filters for air purification all around the production area.
